1. Services

Medium Rachella offers spiritual consultations, energetic Distance Healing, black magic removal, and intuitive business coaching (collectively 'the Services').

All Services are provided for personal development, spiritual guidance, and entertainment purposes. They do not constitute medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice and should never replace professional services in those fields.

2. Bookings & Appointments

Sessions are booked via the contact form, WhatsApp, or email. A booking is confirmed only after written confirmation from Medium Rachella.

Please arrive (or be available online) on time for your appointment. Late arrival may result in a shortened session without a refund of the missed time.

3. Payments

Prices for services are communicated at the time of booking. Payment is due before or at the start of the session, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Accepted payment methods will be confirmed at the time of booking. Prices are inclusive of any applicable taxes.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling

The following cancellation policy applies:

• Cancellation more than 48 hours before the session: full refund or free rescheduling.
• Cancellation between 24 and 48 hours before the session: 50% of the session fee will be charged.
• Cancellation less than 24 hours before the session or no-show: the full session fee will be charged.
• Medium Rachella reserves the right to reschedule a session in case of personal circumstances. In such cases, you will be offered a new appointment at no extra cost.

5. Results & Disclaimer

Spiritual and energetic services are subjective in nature. Medium Rachella makes no guarantee regarding specific outcomes or results. Experiences may differ from person to person.

The information and insights provided during a session are based on intuitive perception and are intended as guidance only. They are not predictions of fixed future events.

Medium Rachella is not liable for decisions made by clients based on the content of a session.

6. Session Recordings

Sessions may be recorded for quality assurance and your personal reference, with your explicit prior consent. Recordings remain confidential and will not be shared with third parties.

You may request your recording at any time. Recordings are stored securely and deleted after the retention period described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Confidentiality

Everything discussed during a session is treated as strictly confidential. Medium Rachella will not disclose the content of your sessions to any third party, except where required by law.

Clients are also requested to respect the confidential nature of any information shared by Medium Rachella during a session.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including texts, images, and design — is the intellectual property of Medium Rachella. No content may be reproduced, copied, or distributed without prior written permission.

9. Website Use

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the website.

Medium Rachella is not liable for any technical errors, downtime, or inaccuracies on the website.

10. Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
